The 2010 China RV and Camping Show (RV China 2010) has received endorsement by the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA) – the national trade association representing RV manufacturers and suppliers in the United States.

"RVIA recognizes the importance of and supports its members' participating in the growing opportunity for RVing in China… RVIA and its members stand for quality and reliability as well as technical leadership. We seek to partner with the public and private sectors in China to promote the RV lifestyle and help grow China’s RV industry." Richard Coon, president of RVIA, states in a letter to the show organizers.

RVIA has been working towards RV friendly legislations and infrastructure in China in order to create more export opportunities for its members. The association led a trade mission to China last year and held talks with regulatory agencies.

"RVIA is pleased to extend its support to the China RV and Camping Show. Following our last year's successful trade mission to China and participation at the show, RVIA continues its efforts and encourages its members to participate in the show. Through working with the government and business communities in China, RVIA hopes to help its members explore the opportunities and benefits in this growing market." Coon says.

Coon goes on to say that "next year marks the 100th anniversary of the American RV industry. As we are celebrating the industry in this country, we'd like to see more and more people enjoying the RV lifestyle in China."

RV China 2010 is to be held in Shanghai. Exhibitors will be able to maximize their exposure during the World Expo – a major event expected to have over 241 countries exhibiting and over 70 millions visitors coming from all over the world during a 6-month period.
